Eric, Flamingo and Letty, Galapagos cruising
The Eric, Flamingo & Letty are three 83ft identical superior motor yachts owned by Ecoventura, a leader in sustainable travel to the Galapagos Islands.
Shore excursions on Galapagos Island tours include hiking ancient lava fields where you will encounter prehistoric reptiles. See the courtship dance of the blue-footed boobies, Galapagos Penguins, Flightless Cormorants and massive Waved Albatross, just to name a few of the comical sea birds. Explore beaches of black, red and green sand leading to the equatorial Pacific Ocean. Being able to snorkel, scuba dive or kayak while on a cruise to the Galapagos Islands is one of the highlights. Encounter a range of ocean life, including sea lions, dolphins, whales and tame sharks in the marine reserve surrounding these extraordinary islands.
Each yacht has ten cabins located on three decks: Lower Iguana deck, cabins are twin/triple with porthole; middle Booby deck, cabins are double with picture window and top, Dolphin deck, cabins are twin/double with picture window. All have private facilities and air conditioning.
Booby deck houses the dining room, bar, lounge with TV and library and Dolphin deck offers an observation area and sun deck. The three boats will sail together on parts of the itinerary and for excursions, there is one naturalist guide for every 10 guests.
Included in the holiday is three meals daily, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages, Captain’s welcome and farewell cocktail parties, excursions daily with English-speaking naturalist and complimentary snorkeling equipment, custom wet suits and kayaks.
