Patio Andaluz Hotel in Quito
Hotel Patio Andaluz, located in the heart of the historic centre of Quito, declared as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO un 1978.
It is surrounded by churches, museums and national monuments. The hotel is an official National Treasure and holds centuries of history within its walls. It was part of the original Solaris (original building sites) that constituted the city of San Francisco de Quito by the time of its foundation
This charming historic hotel has 32 stylishly decorated en suite rooms including 11 suites on two levels. The rooms are located around 2 covered courtyards which the windows from the rooms look over.
Half a block from the Patio Andaluz is Independence Sqaure, the main square in Quito as is surrounded by the presidential house and Quito's Cathedral and well worth a visit.
