Reef Villa, Sri Lanka
Reef Villa is a perfectly intimate tropical paradise 40 minutes south of Colombo. Explore the Villas via stone walkways winding through the tropical gardens, as you wander from one of the seven suites to the large infinity pool and perfect palm fringed, golden sand beach. Designed by a British architect in a traditional colonial style with a contemporary twist all the suites are spacious and elegant with impossibly comfortable four poster beds. They boast large stone baths to relax in, and are tastefully furnished with Burmese teak. The restaurant offers both Sri Lankan and international cuisine and you can choose to dine under the stars if you are feeling romantic. The fish is caught fresh daily and is highly recommended.
