Uma Ubud, Bali

The Ubud Readers and Writers Festival runs from the 5-9 October. The festival, based in Ubud, has talks and discussion held in various restaurants, galleries, museums and one at the Uma Ubud. This year two high profile English writers are attending; Alexander McCall Smith author of the Bestselling No 1 Ladies Detective Agency collection and DBC Pierre, a Man Booker Prize Winner for Vernon God Little.
