Villa Bella
Villa Bella is an architect designed, recently refurbished villa in a quiet location in the midst of an olive grove, about fifteen minutes walk from the centre of Alberobello, the town famous for its historic trulli buildings, and a lively place to eat and drink in the evenings.
The white stone villa sleeps 12 and is simply but comfortably and stylishly furnished. There is an overwhelming feeling of light and space and everything you could possibly need for a holiday for families or a group of friends is provided.
Outside there are two terraces, one at the front and one at the back, so that there is always shade, which is also provided by the small pine wood at the back of the house. An irrigated grass area leads on to the large swimming pool, which is fenced and gated for the safety of small children and has comfortable pool furniture for relaxing. There is also a barbecue.
Inside there is a large and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table seating 12 and a lovely tiled floor. The huge sitting room has 3 comfortable white sofas as well as armchairs. Three sets of French windows lead on to the rear terrace, making the room feel both light and airy. Also on the ground floor are 3 double bedrooms, one en suite, and a separate bathroom with full size bath.
Upstairs are a bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds and a balcony, the master bedroom, which also has a balcony, and a separate bathroom.
Villa Bella is only 15km from the sea, and is an excellent base for exploring this interesting area, with towns such as Noci, Fasano, Lecce, Monopoli and Gallipoli all within easy reach.

Prices are for the villa per week and include welcome pack, weekly clean and air conditioning in mid and high season. £300 security deposit will be held by Real Holidays.
