Horse Riding and Hill Walking Family Holidays
Split your time between La Casella in the Umbria countryside outside Orvieto with a stay in the Sibillini Mountains at Tenuta le Piane.
La Casella, with its pony and horse riding centre, play area, tennis court and swimming pool is the perfect place for families with active children. It is also well placed for exploring the nearby Umbrian towns of Orvieto and Todi as well as some of the towns in neighbouring Tuscany such as Montepulciano and Pienza. The generous half board evening meal includes local Orvieto wine and the communal dining aspect is bound to be popular with children who have made new friends.
