Casale il Cerro
Casale il Cerro is an independent villa with private pool, close to the Tenuta le Piane estate and owned by the same family.
This is perfect for guests wanting more privacy. This independent villa with its own pool, approximately 1km from the other properties which make up the Tenuta le Piane estate, is set in a private garden with magnificent mountain views.
The ground floor has a large sitting room and utility room with a washing machine. A second living room, kitchen with dishwasher, dining room, bathroom and two bedrooms (one twin and one double) are all on the first floor. The upper floor has a gallery room with a sofa bed leading through to a double bedroom with an additional single bed; there is also an additional bathroom with shower on this floor.
Various activities can be arranged for you during your stay. Wine tasting, truffle hunting, walking and cycling tours are all available; please contact us for more information.
The coast is little more than an hour away by car, or you can take in the views while driving over the mountain range, stopping for a swim at Lago Fiastrone. Alternatively, you can visit the less well known towns of Sarnano, famous for its thermal waters, or the walled hilltop town of San Ginesio, which has some fine 4th century artwork. In the summer months, the villages host numerous festivals and pageants.
