Hotel Belvedere
Although Taormina has become popular with tourists, it retains a considerable charm as a result of its spectacular position, fine medieval buildings, classical amphitheatre, and shady orange and lemon groves.

The hotel is a beautiful ochre coloured villa in one of Taormina's best positions, with superb uninterrupted views of the Bay of Naxos and Mount Etna in the distance. It is situated on the edge of the town and so avoids the noise of the centre, but is within easy walking distance of the many sophisticated shops and restaurants, and close to the Botanical Gardens and the amphitheatre.
The hotel is set in delightful terraced gardens filled with flowers, shrubs and palm trees, and has 47 simply but attractively furnished rooms. We would always suggest that our clients opt for a sea facing room, with either French balcony or terrace from which they can enjoy the magnificent views, some of the rooms can interconnect. There are also four garden suites of varying size which are suitable for families and have limited kitchen facilities.
There is a large swimming pool in the gardens around which excellent light lunches are served during the summer months, which leaves guests free in the evening to choose from the many restaurants nearby.
The hotel is owned and run by the charming Bambara-Pecaut family, and their warm welcome and helpfulness mean that it is little wonder that so many of our clients return to the Villa Belvedere.
The Hotel Villa Belvedere has the following special offers for 2012:
- Free night offer - For any bookings of at least 3 nights, you will receive an extra night free of charge. This is valid from the 7th - 30th March, 14th - 27th April, and 27th October - 17th November.
- Free lunch offer - Clients staying at least 7 nights will be entilted to a complimentary lunch at the poolside restaurant
- Honeymoon offer - Book to the Villa Belvedere on your honeymoon and you will receive a bottle of Italian Spumante on arrival
