San Feliciano Residence
One of the great attractions of this property is that as well as its wonderful position on a hillside overlooking Lake Trasimeno, it is only 400m from the village of San Feliciano.
Here there are several shops and good fish restaurants to choose from. However, you may find it difficult to tear yourself away from the view from your apartment of a magical sunset over the water and the Isole Polvese.
The house is a mixture of the 18th century and modern, and has been restored with style into 6 apartments sleeping from 2 to 6 people. A 7th apartment is reserved by the owners. Most of the apartments have a view over the lake and all have an outside seating area. There is also a large communal room with country style tables, television, and a furnished covered terrace at the front of the building where you can eat after making use of the wood burning oven. Below this is the swimming pool, which has lovely views over the lake.
The San Feliciano Residence is a good base for exploration, since its position on the lake gives you access to the other lakeside resorts, the Umbrian towns on your side of the lake and Tuscan towns such as Montepulciano on the other. This is also a well known bird watching area, as reflected in the names of the apartments.
The apartments are all very stylishly decorated, complementing the terracotta tiled floors.

Il Germano Reale - sleeps 4+2
This apartment is on the first floor and shares a large terrace with Il Fagione. The living room also contains the kitchen units with an oven and freezer as well as a sofa that becomes a double bed. Both the double and twin bedrooms have balconies and lake views. There is a bathroom with shower.
Il Fagione - sleeps 4
This is also on the first floor and shares a large terrace with Il Germano Reale and would be suitable for a family with young children, although note should be made of the steps between the living area and bedrooms. There is one double bedroom and a smaller second bedroom with bunk beds. There is a good sized and well equipped kitchen/dining area with sofa and a bathroom with shower.
La Beccaccia - sleeps 2
This ground floor apartment sleeps 2 but has plenty of space. The double bedroom has a small study area and the apartment can be connected to La Tortora. It also has a well equipped kitchen with oven and freezer and a small private furnished area outside.
La Tortora - sleeps 2
La Tortora is a split level apartment with a pretty double bedroom and living/dining area plus a bathroom with shower.
Il Martin Pescatore - sleeps 4
This is on the first floor. The double bedroom has a balcony with a lovely view of the lake. The large kitchen/dining area has an oven and freezer. It also has a sofa bed.
La Ghiandaia - sleeps 4
This apartment is on two floors. The living room with kitchen facilities and a double sofa bed is on the ground floor and a staircase leads up to the first floor, which has a large double bedroom with a terrace over looking the lake.
