Torregentile House
Set on a small hillside, just outside the village of Torregentile, this is one of our smallest properties with only 3 apartments, 2 of which are available to our clients.

The apartments are in a lovely old stone house in a rural setting, located in a large garden with wonderful views over the southern Umbrian countryside towards Todi and the Tiber Valley.
The location of Torregentile House is hard to beat; Rome is under 2 hours by car, but on your doorstep you will find such towns as Spoleto, Bevagna and Orvieto, where you can sit in the Piazza watching the world go by or explore the breathtaking churches and cathedrals.
However, it might be hard to leave the property as it has a beautiful swimming pool which guests share with the young family, who live in the ground floor apartment. Plenty of pool furniture is provided and the size of the garden ensures that you will never feel crowded.
The house is also home to Fred, the owner’s pet Alsatian, who lives in his large kennel.
The 2 apartments available to our clients are both decorated in a similar style using local traditional furniture.
Il Colle - sleeps 2
This charming studio is the smallest apartment. There is a dining area with table and chairs as well as a fireplace, and the kitchen corner is cleverly hidden in such a way as to make you think it is a dresser. From the living area, there is a step up to the sleeping area with a large bed. The small bathroom is equipped with a shower. Il Colle is perfect for a couple and has its own private terrace.
La Cantina - sleeps 3
This one bedroom apartment on the first floor has its own private terrace overlooking the pool, which catches the evening sun. There is one double bedroom, a large living area with kitchen corner, fireplace and a single sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower.
