Travelling to USA
From the 1st August 2008, international travellers who are seeking to travel to the United States under the Visa Waiver Program are now subject to enhanced security requirements. All eligible travellers who wish to travel under the Visa Waiver Program must apply for authorisation no later than 72 hours before travel. This is voluntary at the moment, but it will be compulsory for any visits to USA of up to 90 days and travelling under the visa waiver program from 12th January 2009. You can apply online at the Visa Waiver Program (ESTA) site.
