Set over four floors, it’s a state-of-the-art spa, with an intimate, cocooning atmosphere. The meeting between holistic wellness and high tech ensures great results – saunas have infra-red to moderate the temperature to your body, there’s a hydrotherapy pod which balances you perfectly, plenty of spaces are created for meditation, and medical practitioners are on hand to tailor your spa journey exactly to you.’ Stephen also enjoyed the restaurant, where robes and mobile phones are not permitted, and you can enjoy a Greek feast accompanied by wine or cocktails.
