Tropical Takeover
A breezy loggia wraps around the front of the villa, ideal for al fresco dining, and a lawn flows down the coconut-tree dotted garden to the glorious pool, which in turn opens out onto a wild stretch of beach. The perfect place to gather a group of your nearest and dearest, enjoy a vast array of activities from impromptu cricket matches, Ayurvedic massages, movie nights in the cinema room and ping pong tournaments, refuelling with delicious Sri Lankan cuisine cooked by your chef. Kids and adults alike can’t fail to love the 20-metre slide that takes you directly into the pool with a splash. The only trouble will be galvanising the group to leave the villa – not far are excellent surf beaches, Buddhist temples and the historic melting-pot town of Galle.
