Son Carmelo is a characterful four-bedroom villa set beside the legendary Hotel La Residencia in the heart of Deià. Built in the traditional style of the Sierra Tramuntana, the villa combines stone-clad exteriors, wooden beams, shutters and fireplaces with comfortable, modern living. Several inviting lounge areas provide plenty of space for up to eight guests, while outside, a shaded central courtyard, barbecue terrace and saltwater swimming pool make the most of Mallorca’s Mediterranean climate. The pool terrace is particularly special, with sun loungers, beautiful mountain vistas and distant views towards the sea.

The Locale
Son Carmelo enjoys a fantastic position for experiencing the charm of Deià, with the village just 300 metres away. Restaurants, shops and the town itself are all within easy walking distance, making it simple to head out for dinner or pick up a few essentials without taking the car. Cala de Deià is around 3 km away for days by the sea, while Sóller and its historic train are within easy reach for exploring more of Mallorca. Surrounded by the dramatic landscapes of the Sierra Tramuntana, Son Carmelo offers the best of both worlds – a peaceful villa setting with one of the island’s most celebrated villages on the doorstep.
