Tesseris Filoi is a contemporary, family-owned villa completed in 2023 and set within two acres of landscaped gardens on the south west coast of Syros. Sleeping up to twelve guests, the villa features six air-conditioned bedrooms, all en-suite, arranged across two separate buildings connected by a shaded veranda designed for outdoor dining and lounging. Interiors are modern and comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen including a SMEG range cooker, a bright sitting room with indoor dining, and thoughtful touches throughout. Outside, an impressive 14m infinity pool with pergola, BBQ area, and multiple seating spots are perfectly positioned to enjoy sweeping sea and sunset views. Sustainability is an important part of life here, with solar-powered heating and rainwater collection used to support the gardens.

The Locale
Tesseris Filoi enjoys a peaceful setting in Poseidonia, one of Syros’ most appealing coastal areas. Within a five-minute drive, you’ll find the sandy shores of Agathopes beach, along with local tavernas, supermarkets, and a range of water sports including sailing, windsurfing, and kayaking. The elegant capital, Ermopoulis, with its neoclassical architecture, harbour, and lively dining scene, is just fifteen minutes away by car, as are the port and airport. Perfectly placed for both relaxation and exploration, the villa offers the best of Syros within easy reach.
