Our View
We love the sense of complete tranquillity, with wheat fields swaying in the breeze, moonlit sea views, and endless outdoor spaces for dining, walking, and stargazing.
The Wheatfield Estate is a two hectare private retreat set above a hidden terraced valley on the east coast of Sifnos, where ancient agricultural traditions continue to shape daily life. Surrounded by wheat fields, olive orchards, a working vineyard, fig trees, fruit groves, and herb gardens, the estate offers a deeply authentic connection to the Cycladic landscape. Designed as a tribute to Cycladic heritage and modern Mediterranean living, the architecture blends traditional exterior forms with contemporary open plan interiors, sculptural details, and fluid sightlines. Expansive outdoor living areas, multiple terraces, and a 60 square metre swimming pool invite slow days under the sun, while the master suite opens onto four terraces with dramatic 360 degree views of sea, mountains, and estate. Sustainability is at the heart of the design, with renewable energy systems, water recycling, organic farming, and carefully chosen natural materials throughout.
