Villa Aggia is a beautifully refurbished traditional stone house set among the rolling hills of Umbria, offering a seamless blend of historic character and contemporary comfort. Surrounded by extensive gardens connected by stone paths, the villa enjoys sweeping countryside views and a magnificent heated swimming pool complete with pool house and relaxed lounge areas. Inside, rustic masonry, warm stone floors and elegant brick arches create a charming and authentic atmosphere, while modern touches such as air conditioning, Smart TVs, a sound system and a fully equipped Valcucine kitchen ensure a comfortable stay. The villa sleeps up to ten guests across five bedrooms, including a private annexe with its own entertainment room, and also features a fully equipped Technogym fitness room for those wishing to stay active during their holiday.
